At Basal Temp Charting Tool, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward purchases. If your items aren't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit process back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
